What We Do...
Every running injury has 3 major components, ALL of these components must be addressed in order to achieve the best results. Those 3 components are the biomechanical, neurological, and soft tissue components.
Most healthcare professionals address only one of those components, while others are more thorough and address only two of the components. At "the league", we are proud to say that we are the only clinic in the nation to address all 3 components with the specialized work that we do.
It is this fact that allows us to get unprecedented results with running related injuries, and why we have become San Diego's Premier Running Injury Rehabilitation Clinic.

How We Do It...
As mentioned above, every running injury has 3 major components (biomechanical, neurological, soft tissue). The primary goal of what we do is to correct/rehabilitate each of those components.
1) THE BIOMECHANICS COMPONENT is corrected by using Functional Hallux Rehabilitation (FHR). LEARN MORE>>
2) THE NEUROLOGICAL COMPONENT is corrected using Quantum Neurology Rehabilitation (QN). LEARN MORE>>
3) THE SOFT TISSUE COMPONENT is corrected using Active Release Techniques (ART). LEARN MORE>>
